Another month has passed and it’s time for another update of my small adventure. As seen from the table below, it wasn’t a good month with most counters reporting lower return. Once again, small caps are volatile and it’s common to see a swing of 30% in short term (see C and L1).

Two of the eight have announced their latest quarterly results. L2 reported a good quarter. Looking through its presentation, I find some familiarity terms and yet I am in general not too familiar with its business model. However, reading others’ interpretation help me to understand better and it does feel that the business is on the right track with good growth potential.

On the other hand, I‘s business model is easier to understand. Their innovation provides an alternative product to the current industry and they aim to grow their market, with plan for using their innovation for other fields. The numbers look great over the past few years and it does look like they have a long tailwind.

That’s it for this month, the rest should report their quarterly results in the coming month.
